Accounts are optional. This policy explains who processes data, why, for how long and how to exercise your rights.

An account may store an email address, public name, policy acceptance, sessions, a progress copy and reward events. While game rewards are on, the seat you take at a private table, Sit & Go or friend room is linked to the account, only to grant rewards for games the server has finished. Tokens and technical origins are stored only in protected or pseudonymised form.

Legal bases
The requested account service and features are processed to perform the service; security, abuse prevention and legal defence rely on legitimate interests. Consent is used where the interface expressly asks for it.

Retention
An active account remains while it is used. A session lasts at most 30 days and expires after 14 days of inactivity. Sign-in links last 15 minutes; change-operation records and links between a table seat and the account last up to 48 hours.
- Account deletion removes the email, name, consents, progress and rewards
- A technical record without email or name may remain for up to one hour to finish deletion
- Revoked sessions are cleared under the documented technical windows
- Support requests are kept only as long as needed to answer and defend legal rights
Providers and transfers
Limited providers help host the service, store its database, send sign-in links and forward support messages.

Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object where applicable. The account also provides export, name editing, session management and deletion.

Local data, rooms and external links
Language, personal limits and some progress may remain only in the browser. Private tables use technical tokens and virtual chips. External sites apply their own policies.

Cookies and browser storage
PokerRota uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Its only own cookie for visitors is the account session, created only when you sign in.
- __Host-pokerrota_session: account session; HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Strict; lasts at most 30 days or until you sign out
- __cf_bm: a Cloudflare technical cookie against automated traffic; it may be set by the hosting infrastructure, not by PokerRota, and expires after about 30 minutes
- Only the site operator may receive a technical administration session cookie
- Language, preferences, progress and tools use the browser's local storage, which you can clear in your browser settings
